Pastor Daniel Di Paolo was born and raised in the suburban area of Laval, Quebec. From a very early age, it was clear that there was a special calling on his life. At the age of 14, the mere start of his adolescent years, he would begin preaching and traveling with his parents while ministering to various youth groups in Quebec and in the U.S.

Pastor Daniel felt a calling to go into full-time ministry, and so he left home and began his journey at the World Harvest Bible College in Ohio. He spent two and a half years studying the word of God and working in various aspects of ministry at World Harvest Church. After graduating in 2003, he returned home with a passion and burning desire to see God do a mighty work in the city Laval - the place of his childhood roots.

One year later, God impressed on Pastor Daniel's heart the vision to begin a bible study in his parents' home. Though the start of this ministry was modest with a gathering of only 10 people, it was strikingly clear that God had begun orchestrating a master plan withmuch more in store. After only three months, the space in his parents' home would not suffice.

It was there that the Church of the Harvest was born. On September 3rd 2006, the first service took place in a beautiful church situated at 765 Laval Boulevard, right in the heart of Chomedey, Laval. Over 90 men and women gathered to give God praise and glory for the work that He had begun.

Since then, the Church of the Harvest has experienced incredible growth, numerous conversions and many signs and wonders, all demonstrating that God is still at work in today's society.
